If you are purchasing or ordering products on behalf of an organization or third-party, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to make this transaction for said organization or third-party and, if appicable, grant rights described herein.

Integraf accepts payment by credit card, US Postal Money Order, Western Union, bank wire transfer, company check, or other means as specified in writing by Integraf. For purchases made via credit card, payment is due immediately upon shipping. For payment by bank wire transfer, you are responsible for all bank fees from your local bank and all intermediary banks.
Your payment in full to Integraf shall not be contingent on your receipt of payment from a third-party. If payment is not made when due and determined delinquent by Integraf, you agree to pay Integraf's reasonable costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys fees.
Shipping & Timing
Products are shipped CIP or EXW from San Francisco, CA, or Kirkland, WA, unless otherwise explicitly specified in writing by Integraf.
Integraf is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage of products once the products are shipped. We value our customers and their well-being, and will work with the shipping company to recover your shipment or its value in such rare event. International Orders—Customs, Duty, Taxes & Fees
When ordering from Integraf, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination and for payment of import taxes, duties, and fees, if levied.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Integraf has no control over these charges, nor can Integraf predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Non-payment of import taxes, duties or fees, if levied, may prevent delivery of such package, in which case the product will be abandoned and not eligible for a refund. If the product is returned, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and 15% restocking fee. Only the remaining balance, if any after deducting all original and return shipping charges and fees, may be considered for a refund. Refunds are governed by terms stated below.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds will be governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, incorporated herein by reference.
Custom Hologram Sticker & Label Services
Orders and Project Start. For custom holographic labels and services, unless otherwise specified by Integraf, orders are deemed placed and final upon receipt of initial payment or approved purchase order, which shall mark the commencement date and agreement to begin the design and production process.
Payment Terms. Unless otherwise specified in writing by Integraf, payment in full is due before the start of the project order. Any down payment, if specified in writing by Integraf, is due before the start of the project and is non-refundable.
Design, Prototyping, Customer Approvals. For projects requiring a new custom hologram design, final instructions for design of the custom holographic labels is communicated to Integraf via customer's approval of a digital proof (also known as a printing proof) or other specification. Customer acknowledges that the digital proof or specification conveys the concept but not the exact look and feel of the finished hologram due the fact that holographic effects cannot be appropriately communicated through standard 2D graphics or ink. Our responsibility to you is to produce the finished product within acceptable tolerances to the approved specification. Integraf is not responsible for errors in the digital proof approved by the customer. However, if you make a mistake in ordering, we will work with you to reproduce the order at a reduced price whenever possible. Furthermore, Integraf retains the right to modify the digital proof during production.
Integraf may offer on a project-by-project basis an opportunity to review the holographic shim prior to full production. Due to timing and costs, the extension of such offer is determined prior to the start of the project, and is provided as a customer service, not an obligation. The shim provides you a metal prototype of the hologram as it will resemble on the final product. Minor changes can be made as needed. Requests for major changes, including but not limited to layout or design elements outside the scope of the original approved design specification, will incur additional cost, and will be added to your invoice prior to production. Integraf retains the sole right to determine what constitutes a minor or major change.
All orders for custom holographic labels and services are final, non-returnable, non-refundable. We thus recommend customers request a custom prototype or our free samples to test the product for suitability prior to ordering and full production.
Workmanship, Claims, and Final Acceptance. Integraf shall provide the holographic label services and meets its obligations in a timely and workmanlike manner that meet generally acceptable standards in the holographic label services industry.
For reordered labels or short-run samples previously delivered and approved by customer, the final holographic labels delivered to the customer shall be deemed acceptable, approved, and conforming to the customer specifications if (a) the final delivered labels, allowing for reasonable tolerances, match the quality and likeness of such original label that was reordered or the approved short-run sample, and (b) a claim for questionable or defective custom holographic labels has not been made to Integraf in writing within 1 week weeks of delivery of such labels.
Claims for questionable or defective custom holographic labels must be made within 1 week of delivery. Centering of holographic images, serial numbering, overprint, and any other asset onto die-cut labels may have a variance or tolerance of 1-2mm, which may appear more pronounced on smaller sized labels, shall not be considered a defect. Imperial measurements, i.e. inches, may be rounded up or down to nearest whole or tenth metric equivalent (millimeter) and shall not be considered a defect. Unless otherwise specified, serial numbering shall allow skips and broken numbered series.
Claims made against labels received shall not delay payment of their related outstanding invoices, unless such delay in payment is expressly approved in writing by Integraf. Integraf reserves the right to request all or a portion of the labels be returned to Integraf for inspection and validation of the claims as a condition for approving any delay or change in payment terms.
Integraf's maximum liability for defective custom holographic labels or order errors is to provide replacement of material or a refund, if any, the extent of which is determined at Integraf's sole discretion on a case by case basis. Integraf reserves the right to require the customer return defective labels prior to granting replacements or refunds. In no event shall Integraf be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages.
Lead Times. Leads times and delivery dates communicated in any way by Integraf indicate intention and best estimate, and are not a guarantee for delivery within such period. Estimates and lead times do not account for client turnaround time on approvals on design, origination (including shim review), production and other processes involved in the creation and delivery of the product. In no event shall Integraf be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages arising from any delay in delivery time. Notwithstanding, Integraf has earned a reputation for timely delivery and making extreme efforts to help expedite processes when possible to accomodate reasonable customer requests. Upon customer request, Integraf may ship via overnight or other expedited means at cost to reduce transit time.
Intellectual Property. For custom holographic labels and services, copyright or trademarks already owned, licensed or provided by the customer, such as logos and text, if incorporated into the hologram, shall remain with the customer or original rightful owner. By providing copyrighted or trademarked materials to Integraf, you the customer (or agent thereof) certify that you are the owner of or are licensed to use such copyrighted or trademarked material, and hereby grant to Integraf, its agents, its partners, and its contractors a nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display and publish the client content solely in connection with Integraf's performance of the services and limited promotional uses. Copyright of the finished hologram and contributing components in the holograms stages of creation, including but not limited to final artwork, models, tools, submasters, and master shall remain the property of Integraf and its contractors, artists, designers, partners, and model-makers, with exclusive rights given to Integraf and commissioning customer to use such hologram, unless otherwise stated.
